MCCs 5960 and 5968 requires CPS/CNP or CPS/E-Commerce qualification. Eligible for Debit Only: Telecommunication Services (MCC 4814), Real Estate Agents and Managers-Rentals (MCC 6513), Charitable Organizations (MCC 8398), and Cable, Satellite, and Other Pay Television & Radio Services (MCC 4899).
